Double Crown, AIS Ink Frac-Related Strategic Alliance

Double Crown Resources Inc. has entered a new strategic alliance with the Chemical Division of American International Sealing LLC.
Agreements have been signed making Double Crown an authorized dealer with full marketing rights in the United States for vital chemical additive products used by completion companies to assist drillers with hydraulic fracturing, bioremediation and pipeline chemical cleaning functions. Additionally, exclusive rights have been granted for distribution in Venezuela of PRP/OIL Buster, a proven petroleum remediation product invented by NASA. This product is a key element of a high value contract now in preliminary negotiations with Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) to remediate oil spills and help protect the natural environment.
