EQT Midstream Unveils 2016 Budget; IDs Key Projects

EQT Midstream Partners, LP announced its 2016 financial and capital expenditure (CAPEX) forecast.
EQT Midstream Partners, LP adjusted EBITDA is expected to be $530 - $550 million and distributable cash flow is expected to be $460 - $480 million. Approximately 80% of 2016 revenues are expected to be generated from capacity reservation charges under long-term firm contracts. The financial forecasts do not include impacts of potential acquisitions.
DistributionsEQM forecasts a per unit distribution of $3.19 for 2016, which is 21% higher than the forecasted 2015 per unit distribution. EQM also reiterates its 20% per unit distribution growth target in 2017.
