EQT provided the following Q4-2016 update.
During the third quarter of 2016, the Company acquired approximately 62,500 net Marcellus acres in northern West Virginia for $373 million. The acquisition also includes drilling rights on an estimated 53,000 net acres in the Utica.
During the fourth quarter of 2016, the Company acquired approximately 42,600 net Marcellus acres in West Virginia for $508 million; and approximately 17,000 net Marcellus acres located in southwestern Pennsylvania for $170 million.
