Eclipse Brings On New Executive VP/CFO

Eclipse Resources Operating LLC has tapped Matthew DeNezza as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Eclipse Resources, Mr. DeNezza served as a Managing Director in the Global Natural Resources Group for over ten years at Deutsche Bank where he led merger and acquisition advisory assignments, as well as aided clients in understanding capital markets and developing and executing financing transactions. During his tenure with Deutsche Bank, Mr. DeNezza aided in numerous investment banking transactions for both public and private exploration and production companies and refining companies.
