Essential Energy Services Ltd. has reported that Robert B. Michaleski has joined the Board of Directors.
Mr. Michaleski is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Pembina Pipeline Corporation, a position he has held since 2000. Pembina is a multi-billion dollar Canadian, TSX listed, energy transportation and service provider. Mr. Michaleski has been with Pembina in various senior management and executive capacities for over 30 years. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree from the University of Manitoba and received his Chartered Accountant Designation in 1978. Mr. Michaleski is also a director of a private company.
