FX Energy Reports Second Quarter Negative Production Growth

FX Energy, Inc., today announced a net loss of $12.1 million, or $(0.23) per share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2012. Excluding a non-cash foreign currency exchange loss of $13.0 million, the Company would have recorded second quarter 2012 net income of $0.9 million, or $0.02 per share. This compares to a net loss, adjusted for foreign exchange gains, of $(1.0) million, or $(0.02) per share reported in the second quarter of 2011.
