Gibson Energy Hires New COO, CCO & President of U.S. Operations

Gibson Energy Inc. has announced changes to its senior management structure.

The following changes are effective immediately:

Rick Wise has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Rick will be responsible for operating activities in the Company's Terminals and Pipelines, Truck Transportation, Retail Propane and Processing and Wellsite Fluids businesses;

Brian Recatto has been appointed President U.S. Operations. In addition to retaining responsibility for Canadian Environmental Services operations, Brian will be responsible for the profitability and growth of all U.S. operations as the Company continues to expand its integrated service offering across all of the major U.S. producing basins; and

Doug Wilkins has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer. Doug will be responsible for business and commercial development activities while maintaining responsibility for the Marketing business in the Company.

Stewart Hanlon, Gibson's President and Chief Executive Officer, said: "Over the past few years, Gibson has grown not only in terms of assets and profitability but also in terms of number of employees, geography and product line diversity and complexity.

The announced changes will ensure that our organizational structure is appropriate for the company today and into the future. These changes will also allow us to better serve our customers and position us to identify and execute on opportunities to continue our success as we grow our North American midstream company."
