IOG, Fortress Investment Joins Seneca For Marcellus Development

Seneca Resources has entered into a development agreement with IOG Capital, LP, and Fortress Investment Group, LLC, to jointly develop Marcellus Shale natural gas assets located in Elk, McKean and Cameron counties in north-central Pennsylvania.
