International Market Loses 29 Rigs; Permian, MissLime Plays See Drop

According to Baker Hughes' November 20, 2015 rig count report, rigs counts have dropped by -10 overall across the domestic market, while Canada lost -10 rigs and the International market -29.
Overall, -6 horizontal and -1 vertical rigs were taken down this week. The Barnett and Eagle Ford continue to add a few rigs with 2 added to each play. The Permian Basin and the Mississsipian lost -4 and -3 rigs, respectively.
The total year-over-year (YOY) rig count drop is now at 1,172.
The current active rig count in the U.S. is 757.
