Kodiak Ups Borrowing Base to $650 Million

Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. has reported the results of its regularly scheduled redetermination of its revolving credit facility. 

Effective April 2013, the Company and its lending syndicate completed the semi-annual borrowing base redetermination of its revolving credit facility.  As a result, Kodiak and its lenders entered into an amendment which increases the Company's borrowing base to $650 million from the previous $450 million. 

At the present time, the Company elected to limit the aggregate commitment on the revolver to $550 million.  Concurrently, the overall facility was increased from $750 million to $1.5 billion with the maturities extended to April 2018.  The Company's long-term debt at March 31, 2013 was $1,250 million consisting of $1,150 million in senior notes and $100 million…
