Kodiak on Track with 2013 CapEx; Will Spend $1B by Year-End

Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013.  The Company previously furnished an operations update and reported sales volumes in a news release on October 22, 2013.

Highlights: Q3-13 oil and gas sales of $300 million, 167% increase from Q3-12 and 73% increase from Q2-13 Q3-13 adjusted EBITDA of $214 million, 140% growth from Q3-12 and a 63% increase from Q2-13 Financial Results
