Kosmos Spuds Second Mauritania Well; TEN Project on Track

Kosmos Energy Ltd. reported financial and operating results for the third quarter of 2015, which included net income of $60.3 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, as compared to net income of $19.1 million, or $0.05 per diluted share in the same quarter last year. When adjusted for certain items that impact the comparability of results, the Company generated adjusted net income(1) of $7.4 million or $0.02 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2015.
