MDU Resources Details Management Changes

MDU Resources Group has reported that John G. Harp, chief executive officer of its construction businesses, has elected to retire.
Harp has been involved in the construction industry for more than 30 years. He has been CEO of both MDU Construction Services Group and Knife River Corporation since December 2011. Prior to that he was president and CEO of MDU Construction Services Group since 2004. By 2005, Harp had turned MDU CSG into one of the most successful specialty contractors in the United States.
"We thank John for his years of service and wish him the best in retirement," said David L. Goodin, president and CEO of MDU Resources Group. Harp’s retirement is effective immediately.
