Magnum Hunter, Subsidiary Make VP Appointments

Magnum Hunter Resources Corporation has appointed Chris Benton as Assistant Vice President of Finance and Capital Markets effective January 8, 2013.
The Company's current Vice President of Capital Markets and Investor Relations, Gabe Scott, has been moved to a new role as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development for Eureka Hunter Pipeline LLC, a subsidiary of Magnum Hunter. Mr. Benton has become the primary contact for investor relations matters at the Company.
Mr. Benton has more than five years of banking and corporate finance experience in the energy industry with extensive capital markets experience in the upstream and midstream sector.
