ONEOK Sees Higher NG Volume in Williston Basin, Cana-Woodford

ONEOK, Inc. has announced second-quarter 2014 net income attributable to ONEOK of $61.6 million compared with second-quarter 2013 net income attributable to ONEOK of $0.9 million, which included a non-cash, after-tax charge of $71.0 million, or 34 cents per diluted share, in the former energy services segment.
Second-quarter 2014 income from continuing operations attributable to ONEOK was $69.6 million, compared with second-quarter 2013 income from continuing operations attributable to ONEOK of $75.2 million.
Second-quarter 2014 cash flow available for dividends was $130.0 million, providing 1.09 times coverage of cash dividends, reflecting higher distributions declared from its general and limited partner interests in ONEOK Partners, which were $156.5 million, an 18 percent increase from…
