Paramount Targets 42% Higher 2026 Capex, More Duvernay Wells

Paramount Resources is stepping up investment in 2026 as it advances the Willesden Green Duvernay (Central Alberta Region) buildout and launches major infrastructure at Sinclair (Montney). The company set a 2026 capital budget of $1,050 million to $1,150 million and forecasts annual average sales volumes of 45,000 Boe/d to 50,000 Boe/d (50% liquids). Facilities and gathering spending is expected to support commissioning the second phase of the Alhambra Plant in Q3 2026 and ordering long-lead items and commencing construction of the Sinclair Plant (designed for 400 MMcf/d of raw gas).
