Permian-Focused Energen Adds to Board
David A. Godsey and David J. Minor have been elected by the Energen Corporation Board of Directors to head the exploration and operations efforts of the company’s oil and gas exploration and production unit, Energen Resources Corporation.
The company is focused on the exploration and development of its oil and natural gas liquids assets in the Permian Basin, where it is developing the Wolfberry and 3rd Bone Spring plays and in the beginning stages of testing the Wolfcamp and Cline potential across its extensive acreage position.
