President of Trican's U.S. Subsidiary to Resign

Trican Well Service Ltd. has reported that Kelly Price will resign from his position as President of Trican's U.S. subsidiary, Trican Well Service LP., effective October 15, 2013.
Don Luft, Trican's President and Chief Operating Officer, will serve as Interim President of Trican US until a permanent replacement is appointed.
Trican's Executive and Board of Directors would like to thank Kelly for his contributions over the past three years as Kelly has been instrumental in the growth of Trican's U.S. operations and the establishment of several new operating bases. We wish him every success in his future endeavors.
