Questar Appoints Energen CEO to Board

Questar Corp. has announced that the company’s board of directors appointed James T. McManus II to serve as a Questar director.
Mr. McManus is the chairman, CEO and president of Energen Corporation (EGN).
His appointment to Questar’s board, effective Oct. 1, 2014, will expire at the 2015 annual meeting of shareholders, at which time his continued service will be subject to shareholder approval.
Questar Chairman and CEO Ron Jibson said: "We’re very fortunate to add James to our board.
