RMP Energy announced that it will be changing its name to Iron Bridge Resources Inc.
The company also reported that shareholders have approved its previously-announced $80 million sale of its crude oil and natural gas interests in the Waskahigan/Grizzly, Kabob, Gilby and Pine Creek areas of West Central Alberta, in addition to other minor Alberta properties.
