Rig Count: 25 HZ Rigs Withdrawn in US

According to Baker Hughes' February 12, 2016 rig count report, U.S. rig counts have dropped by -30 overall, while Canada reported a decrease, losing -20. In January 2016, the International market lost -50.
Overall, -25 horizontal and -1 vertical rigs were taken down this week. The Permian lost -8 rigs this week.
For the U.S., the total year-over-year (YOY) rig count drop is now at -817. The current active rig count in the U.S. is 541.
Canada's rig count declined by -20. The country's rig count has fallen by -160 rigs YOY with 222 rigs currently active.
