Rimrock Midstream Taps New Executive VP of Operations

Rimrock Midstream, LLC has reported that Randy Bruce has been named Executive Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Bruce brings to Rimrock over 28 years of key industry experience developing, building, and operating crude oil midstream and refined products facilities. Mr. Bruce will assume responsibility for engineering, construction, and terminal/pipeline operations efforts for Rimrock.

Randy most recently directed the operations of the 500 mile Seaway pipeline delivering over 400,000 barrels of crude oil per day from Cushing, OK to Freeport, TX, the North Dakota/Montana truck unloading facilities, and the 6MM barrel Cushing, Oklahoma storage terminal for Enterprise Products Partners, L.P. (EDP). Prior to joining Enterprise, Randy served as Area Manager - Gateway Region, directing the U.S. Keystone Pipeline for TransCanada (TRP). Mr. Bruce’s vast experience and expertise also includes Terminal Operations Manager - SemFuel, Terminal & Operations Supervisor- Magellan Midstream Partners (MMP), VP Operations -Young Co. Butane, and Terminal Operator - Mobil Oil.
