Solimar Director Resigns from Board

Solimar Energy Limited has reported the resignation of Mr. John Begg from the Board.
John Begg has been recently pursuing new professional interests and is leaving the Board in order to fulfil contractual obligations that this entails.
Mr. Begg has been on the Solimar Board since November 2009, with the majority of that time as chief executive. During his tenure as chief executive he oversaw the expansion of the Company's activities in California along with the Company's listing on the Toronto Venture Exchange. In August 2012 he stepped down as chief executive but remained on the Board continuing to provide his experience and skills.
