Storm Raising $30.15MM to Fund 2014 Montney Ops

Storm Resources Ltd. has entered into an agreement for a $30.15 million bought deal financing and intends on concurrently completing a non-brokered financing for up to $5.025 million.
Storm has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by FirstEnergy Capital Corp. and including Peters & Co. Limited, National Bank Financial Inc., Clarus Securities Inc., RBC Capital Markets, Cormark Securities Inc. and Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. to issue, on a bought deal basis, 9,000,000 common shares of Storm, at a price of $3.35 per Common Share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $30,150,000.
