Stream Oil & Gas Board Director Resigns

Stream Oil & Gas Ltd. has announced that Ian Baron has resigned as a Director of the Board of Directors due to personal reasons, effective April 11, 2014.
Mr. Baron has been a Director of the Company and Chairman of the Reserves Committee since 2009, providing guidance and support in a number of areas during his tenure.
Dr. Sotirios Kapotas, President and Chief Executive Officer, said: "I would like to sincerely thank Ian for his dedication and guidance as a member of the Board of the Company.
His industry experience and insights were valuable in Stream's development. On behalf of the Board and Stream, I wish Ian all the best in the future."
