Superior Pipeline Company LLC Announces Construction of Mississippi Lime Processing Plant

Superior Pipeline Company LLC (Superior), a wholly owned subsidiary of Unit Corporation (NYSE: UNT), announced that it is in the process of installing a new 30 million cubic feet (MMcf) per day cryogenic processing facility in Kay County, Oklahoma. Superior has entered into a long term agreement with Range Resources Corporation (NYSE: RRC) as the initial producer for the new plant. Start-up of the facility is expected to occur during the second quarter of 2012.
