Synergy Touts Reserve Increases, 85% Production Jump

Synergy Resources Corporation reported its fiscal fourth quarter and year end results for the period ended August 31, 2015.

Revenue decreased 10% to $32.6 million in the fourth quarter, and was up 20% to $125 million for the full year compared to $36.3 million and $104.2 million in the year ago periods respectively Net income (loss) was ($5.3 million) or ($0.05) per diluted share in the quarter and $18 million or $0.19 per diluted share for the full year as compared to net income of $28.9 million or $0.37 per diluted share in fiscal 2014.
