TC PipeLines Chairman/Director Leaves Company

TC PipeLines LP has reported that Gregory Lohnes has resigned from his positions as Chairman of the Board and Director of TC PipeLines GP Inc., the General Partner of the Partnership, effective March 25, 2013.
Mr. Lohnes will continue in his role as Executive Vice-President, Operations and Major Projects of TransCanada PipeLines Limited, the indirect parent company of the General Partner and a wholly-owned subsidiary of TransCanada Corporation.
