The total value of all transactions more than doubled in 2016. This was aided by eight significant deals, which together added $20 Billion in total value.
The Top Deals in 2016Half of the transactions over ~$2.0 Billion took place in the Permian Basin, focused on Delaware Basin acreage changing hands.
