Vanguard Finalizes $8.9MM Unit Offering

Vanguard Natural Resources LLC has closed the issuance of 325,000 common units representing limited liability company interests in the Company at a price of $28.35 per common unit under the partial exercise of the 1,050,000 common unit over-allotment option granted to the underwriters in connection with its recent public offering of 7,000,000 common units.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of approximately $8.9 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses, to repay a portion of its indebtedness outstanding under its senior secured revolving credit facility.
