Veresen Appoints New CFO

Veresen Inc. has announced that Theresa Janghas has been appointed Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer effective immediately.
This appointment follows an extensive search process.
Don Althoff, President and CEO said: "I'm delighted that Theresa has accepted the role of Chief Financial Officer.
