Vermilion Energy has negotiated an extension of its revolving credit facility with its syndicate of lenders to May 31, 2022.
The company has increased the total facility amount to $1.6 billion from $1.4 billion (up +14%), maintaining roughly the same unutilized capacity as before the Acquisition.
This announcement was made in conjunction with the closure of Vermilion's acquisition of Spartan Energy.
