Vess Oil Hires News CFO, Focused on Woodbine

Vess Oil Corporation (VOC) announced today that Barry Hill has been hired as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hill previously served as Vice President with Raymond James in the Energy Investment Banking group.
Mike Vess, Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We are pleased that Barry Hill has joined Vess Oil Corporation to lead the Company's efforts in directed debt and equity financing operations, project development and evaluation, and capital investment plans.
