Weatherford to Divest Pipeline, Specialty Service Biz in Deal with Baker Hughes

Weatherford International Ltd. has initiated a deal with Baker Hughes Inc. whereby Baker Hughes would acquire Weatherford's Pipeline and Specialty Service business segment.

This is part of Weatherford's previously announced initiative to divest its non-core businesses.
