Williams Partners announced it and Delphi Midstream Partners, LLC have signed a memorandum of intent and agreement of exclusive negotiations regarding the Laser Gathering System and other Delphi midstream businesses. The memorandum and agreement covers a potential transaction in which Williams Partners would acquire Delphi subsidiaries that own the Laser and other Delphi midstream businesses, located primarily in the Marcellus Shale.
