Williston Basin's Grasslands Pipeline Available for Service

Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Company's Grasslands Pipeline became available for natural gas transmission service today. Construction was completed with two crews, one working from the south end near Gillette, Wyo, and another crew starting from the north end near Killdeer in western North Dakota. Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Company is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of MDU Resources Group, Inc.

Work on the south end began Aug. 14 while Sept. 2 marked the starting date for the north crew. Construction on a new compressor station in western North Dakota near Manning began in mid-June.
