Woodbine Focused Vess Oil Annouces Mgmt Changes

Vess Oil Corporation announced today that Barry Hill has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hill previously served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since he joined the Company in February 2010. Mike Vess, founder of Vess Oil, will assume the role of Chairman. Mr. Vess previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer since the Company's inception in 1979.
Commenting on the change in management of the Company, Chairman Mike Vess stated "I am very pleased and confident to see Barry assume this leadership role at this time with the Company as he brings great capability and competence to the future of Vess Oil Corporation and its many new initiatives going forward."
