Xtreme Drilling Shuffles Management Team

Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services has appointed Richard D. Havinga to the position of President and Chief Technology Officer.
In addition, the Board has appointed Charlie Proulx to the position of Vice President of Coil Services - North America.
In this expanded role, Mr. Havinga will have responsibility for providing strategic leadership and vision for technical development, including the design and expanded application of the Company's proprietary technology. Additionally, he will work closely with Xtreme's Chief Executive Officer and the Board, to continue to keep Xtreme at the leading edge of our technology. Mr. Havinga has held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer since November 2011 and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer since January 2009.
Tom Wood, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "The Board recognizes Richard's strengths as a visionary in coiled tubing and drilling design and manufacturing. Richard has been at Xtreme since day one and has been instrumental in the development of Xtreme's proprietary designs, construction and product implementation. Richard will be focused on developing our next generation of drilling rigs and advancing our industry leading coiled tubing technology domestically and internationally."
Since 2012, Mr. Proulx has served as General Manager, US Coil Services. He joined Xtreme in 2011 as the Technical Sales Manager for coil services. Previous to Xtreme, Mr. Proulx worked at Schlumberger from 2001 -2011. During his time at Schlumberger, Mr. Proulx held the positions of Technical Sales Engineer, Product Champion for Reservoir Characterization Group, Operations Manager Coiled Tubing and Fracturing in Algeria, Operations & Coiled Tubing Manager in Denmark, and DESC Engineer for British Petroleum in Scotland. Mr. Proulx started his career as a Coiled Tubing Field Engineer in Victoria, Texas. Mr. Proulx has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University. He is also a member of the SPE and ICOTA.

Charlie has been instrumental in establishing our dominant position in large diameter coil in the South Texas market through his strategic business and operational leadership. Charlie will be leading our expansion in the North American coiled tubing markets and will be focused on developing new applications that are unfolding with Xtreme's unique industry leading technology."
