Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services Finalizes Name Change

Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services Corp. reported that Xtreme's planned name change from "Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services Corp." to "Xtreme Drilling Corp." is now complete.
The name change resolution was approved by shareholders at the Company's special meeting of shareholders held on June 21, 2016 to consider the sale of its XSR coiled tubing drilling and coiled tubing assets to Schlumberger for C$205 million, which closed on June 23, 2016.
Xtreme will retain the TSX trading symbol "XDC" for its common shares.
