A Breakdown of EURs in the Eagle Ford Part I

Located in the Western Gulf Basin, the Eagle Ford might be the best way to play unconventional oil in the United States.  EOG Resources has shown us results that are much better than individual results in the Bakken, Hogshooter, or any other United States’ horizontal wells. 

The best area is located in Gonzales County, which could be compared to Grail Field in northeastern McKenzie County of North Dakota (Bakken Shale).  Most agree the Eagle Ford has the best economics, but the question is why?
