American Energy - Woodford to Offer $325MM in Senior Notes

American Energy -- Woodford, LLC intends to offer $325 million of senior unsecured notes due in 2022 in an unregistered offering exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933.
The net proceeds from the offering of the Notes will be used for a variety of purposes, potentially including funding additional leasehold acquisitions, repaying all outstanding borrowings under the company's Revolving Credit Facility, making a distribution to the Sponsors, paying related fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes.
