Another Derailment in Crude by Rail as Cars Catch Fire in Lynchburg

The fire was extinguished about two hours after the derailment. There were no injuries, according to officials, but around 350 people were forced to evacuate. Residents were permitted to return by 6:00 pm EDT.
The incident, amid several other high profile derailments over the last year, may bring calls for further regulation on crude by rail shipments.
