Baytex Energy Corp. has just reported that it has signed an acquisition deal with Aurora Oil & Gas Ltd., whereby Baytex will acquire Aurora Oil & Gas .
The Australian-based Aurora is known for its Sugarkane operations in the Eagle Ford Shale play.
