Bill Barrett, Fifth Creek Finalize Merger; Debut as High Point Resources

Bill Barrett and PE-backed Fifth Creek Energy have finalized their merger deal (first announced in December 2017) and have rebranded as High Point Resources.
Fifth Creek is backed by Natural Gas Partners (NGP).
The company holds assets in the DJ Basin of Colorado, including:
- Acreage: 152,900 net acres
- Production: 23,700 BOEPD
- Reserves: 223 MMBOE
