The 2016 capital program is designed to align capital expenditures with expected cash flow as certain drilling activity may be deferred to protect the Company's liquidity position. This will result in 2016 production levels being similar to or slightly higher than 2015 production, pro forma for asset sales, with planned spending approximately 55% lower than 2015 capital expenditures.
