Cabot Redirecting Capital from Drilling to Frac'ing in 2014

During the most recent investor call, 4Q13 call with analyst, Dan Dinges - Chairman, President and CEO of Cabot Oil & Gas Corp., provided the following color on 2014 plans.
"In the past in regard to capital allocation, first on the rig portion, we have presented yesterday our revised budget to our Board, which we do every February. And through our October budget that we had prepared and gave to the Board and looking at the efficiency gains that we had in the Marcellus area.
"We started looking at what we might be able to do with the completions side of our business, allocate a little bit more money to completions.
