WTI and Brent prices remain elevated as we enter the final days of this week.
At midday on Thursday (2/18), WTI came in at $60.63/barrel while Brent settled at $63.81/barrel.
Both WTI and Brent hit their highest points on Wednesday (2/17), achieving $61.23 and $64.47 per barrel, respectively.
The increases can be credited to the advancement of US President Joe Biden's COVID-19 stimulus package, Saudi Arabia's production caps as well as a decline in supply.
