Comstock, USG Expand Haynesville JV; Add Bossier Wells

Comstock has expanded its previously announced joint development deal with USG Properties in the Haynesville Shale play, and will now drill wells targeting the Bossier in Sabine Parish, LA and the Haynesville in Harrison County, Texas.
The original JVA was focused on the Caddo Parish, LA area.
Caddo Parish Activity To Date: USG had acquired 6,821 net acres Plans to drill 34 extended lateral wells - the companies have drilled three 10,000 foot lateral wells so far and are currently drilling a fourth well. Completion operations on these wells will commence in November New Plans - Sabine Pass Bossier and Harrison County Haynesville: USG will also participate in four wells being drilled targeting the Bossier formation.
