Crimson Exploration Inc. announced another successful oil well in Karnes County, Texas and provided status updates for current Eagle Ford and Woodbine wells currently in process.
Eagle Ford Shale - South Texas
In Karnes County, the Littlepage McBride #7 (53% WI) commenced production at a gross initial production rate of 1,019 Boepd, or 840 barrels of oil, 67 barrels of natural gas liquids, and 672 thousand cubic feet of gas per day, on a 16/64th choke and 2,119 psi of flowing tubing pressure. The well was drilled to a total measured depth of 16,435 feet, including a 5,950 foot lateral, and was completed using 19 stages of fracture stimulation.
