Delaware Basin E&P Spending ~$440MM in 2017; Adding Fifth Rig

Matador has detailed its 2017 guidance.

The company will be focusing on the Delaware Basin with minimal spending on its Eagle Ford and Haynesville assets.

Key Points:

- 2017 capex of $426-454 million (up ~40% YOY)

D&C budget of $370-390 million Midstream budget of $56-64 million

- Four rigs running in Q1 and a fifth added in Q2

3 rigs at Rustler Breaks 1 rig at Wolf / Jackson Trust 1 rig at Ranger / Arrowhead / Twin Lakes

- Production guidance of 12.2 to 12.8 million BOE (up 23% YOY)
